Hey guys! Today’s gonna be all about these INSANELY garlicky chicken wings—no frying, all flavor, and ready in under 45 minutes. Let’s dive in!
Ingredients (for 2-3 people):
10 frozen chicken wings
1 tsp salt (for soaking) + 1 tsp salt (for marinating)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cooking wine (or rice wine or lemon juice)
2 tbsp minced garlic (about 6-8 cloves)
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp black pepper
Ginger slices & green onions (handful)
Diced bell peppers & onions (for garnish, optional)
Oil for frying

Step 1: Prep & Clean the Wings
Toss 10 frozen wings into a bowl. Add 1 tsp salt and cover with cold water. Soak for 20 minutes—this pulls out all the yucky blood and gunk.
Pro tip: Use a fork to pierce the wings slightly before soaking for faster 血水 (blood water) release!
