This is a great routine to start your myofascial release journey. Using a foam roller amd hard massage ball we will release tension in the legs and hips, bottom and inner thighs, upper back and shoulders.

If you suffer with poor posture, feel stiff in your muscles or haven’t done movement for a while this is a great starting point.
