South Korea, the U.S. and Singapore have been on the hunt to extradite disgraced Terraform Labs CEO Do Kwon ever since the massive Terra-LUNA crash that wiped out about 40 billion U.S. dollars from the crypto market.
The crypto fugitive is accused of fraud and tax evasion.
For more on where he's likely to end up, we're joined by Professor Cho Hee-kyung from Hongik University this morning.

1. Authorities in Montenegro there say he will go nowhere until he's punished for the fake Costa Rican and Belgian passports found on him which led to his arrest last month.
What will be his fate in Montenegro? What will happen there?

2. His lawyers argue that the United States Securities and Exchange Commission is violating the law and that SEC is acting outside its jurisdiction, saying that Do Kwon is a Singaporean resident and that Terraform Labs is a Singaporean firm.
There is speculation that the argument is largely to avoid any ruling by the U.S. Is that so?

3. What are Do Kwon and his lawyer's next moves expected to be?

4. How likely is it that he will be extradited to South Korea? When will that be?
