Dissolving your personality

Описание к видео Dissolving your personality

In Dissolving Your Personality, Sadhguru suggests that we not merely dissolve habitual ways of seeing, but equally habitual ways of being. He suggests, in short, that we dissolve ourselves (or what we think of as ourselves) – the knotted, self-limiting bundle of preferences and opinions that we term our ‘personalities’. But this dissolution is not a rejection of life; simply a joyful retrieval of what really counts. And does that loss of personality condemn us to a cheerless insipidity? Far from it. Instead, we are now empowered to adopt as many personalities as we want. But there is a difference. This time around, our personalities no longer cling to us; we can don and discard them at will. For they have been created in full awareness, not in some dank unexamined crevice of our consciousness.
