Ingridents:
Oil तेल - 2 tsp
Garlic Cloves (लहसुन की कली) - 2
Green Chili हरी मिर्च (Hari Mirch) - 1
Roasted Gram Dal (चना दाल) - 1/2 cup
Curry Leaves करी पत्ते (Curry Patte) - 8-10
Chopped Fresh Coconut (नारियल ) - 1 cup
Coriander (हरा धनिया ) - 1/3 cup
Curd (दही) - 2 tsb
Salt as per Taste स्वादानुसार नमक
for Tadka:
Oil तेल - 2 tsp
Mustard सरसों 1 tsp
Dry Red Chilli - 1
Curry Leaves करी पत्ते
Process:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add Garlic cloves, Green Chili, Roasted chana, Curry Leaves, Chopped coconut and fry until nutty brown.
2. In a grinder jar add above mixture, coriander leaves, curd and salt and grind it into a fine paste.
3. For tadka heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, dry red chili and curry leaves.
4. Put in a serving bowl and garnish with remaining tempering.
