STRUCTURE
• Area sizes: Large 30x18 | Medium 30x14 | Small 30x10
• Arrange the pitch as shown in the video. Place one (1) mini-goal at one end of the pitch and two (2) mini-goals at the opposite end.
• The practice requires ten (10) outfield players. Create two teams, one team of six (6) and one team of four (4) players.
• Play always restarts with the coach behind the goal.
• The objective of the orange team is to score in the mini-goals.
• The objective of the white team is to win the ball and score in the mini-goal.

STRESSES
• Encourage the defensive team to be aggressive with their marking.
• Show the defensive team how to press in different ways.
• Progress and allow the players to move freely across all areas.
• PHYSICAL LOAD: Adjust area sizes based on physical outcomes. Use larger areas for high sprints/distances and
smaller areas for accelerations/decelerations.
