MIT Technology Review's 2024 Innovators Under 35 | Episode #5

Описание к видео MIT Technology Review's 2024 Innovators Under 35 | Episode #5

Each year, MIT Technology Review highlights 35 global innovators leading breakthroughs in research, technology, and entrepreneurship. This year’s group is making significant strides in improving health, fostering climate stability, and advancing equality.

In a conversation with Amy Nordrum, Executive Editor of Operations at MIT Technology Review, we explored how these innovators are selected, the impact they’re driving, and the future of technology that MIT Technology Review is most excited about. We also had the chance to speak with two of the honorees: Claudia Cea from MIT, who is soon to start a lab at Yale University, developed the world’s first flexible neural recording device, and Ang Cui, Assistant Professor at Harvard School of Dental Medicine and Harvard Medical School, who created the Immune Dictionary, a pioneering large-scale mapping of immune responses. This effort has already led to multiple discoveries in biomedical science. Both innovators shared their excitement about the future of technology, particularly in AI/ML and human-interface advancements.
