Read this and feed these thoughts in your sub conscious mind before starting your meditation. Be affirmative. Recall your affirmations every morning after you wake up and before going to sleep to make it your second.
Before starting your meditation relax your mind and body. Align yourself with your higher being and ground yourself. Put your minds and pondering thoughts at peace by doing the breathing exercise and listen to your higher calling. Read each affirmation out loud and once you reach the red screen close your eyes and imagine yourself sitting at your favorite place. Imagine there's a big ball of energy right above you and you are absorbing all the positive energy from the ball and letting the negative and dark energies out of your body at the same time. Feel and imagine as if it really happening. Take your time and try to feel as if it is literally happening and you are now reborn as the person you wanted to be. Relax your body from head to too. Slowly open the eyes as you let go of your negative thoughts. For lot of people it may not happen right away. It takes practice to perfect yourself, but keep trying. And trust me it will happen. :)
