How to Fix a Printer Spooler Error
Today, we're talking about a frustrating issue that many of us have encountered: printer spooler errors. This error can prevent your printer from functioning properly, leaving you unable to print important documents. But don't worry, we've got you covered with some simple solutions to fix this issue. Let’s see the steps.

1. Open the Run app, type services.msc, and click on the OK button.
2. Scroll down the services list, select, and double click on the Print Spooler.
3. In the Print Spooler Properties window, click on the Stop button.
4. Click on the OK button, and close the Services window.
5. Open File Explorer.
6. Click on the C drive, double-click on the Windows folder, then open the System32 folder.
7. Scroll down and double-click on the spool folder, then open the PRINTERS folder.
8. Click on the Continue button.
9. Click on the View menu at the top, then click on the Options.
10. Click on the View tab, and select the radio button of Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
11. Click on the Apply button, and then click on the OK button.
12. If you see any files inside the PRINTERS folder, then select and delete those.
13. Close the File Explorer.
14. Open the services window again by typing services.msc in the Run box.
15. Scroll down the services list, and double-click on the Print Spooler services.
16. Click on the Start button, and click on the OK button.
17. Close the Services window, and hopefully you can now print easily.
18. If still facing the issue then uninstall and re-install your printer driver.
