4th video in the series where i continue from video 3 and explain the functions and how to register the styles.css and js from scratch

Steps:
1. inlcude('inc/assets.php'); into the functions.php ✔️
2. add the function to register the scripts and register javascripts files with wp_enqueue_script() ✔️
3. add the function to register the css3 files , and styles with wp_enqueue_style() ✔️
4. add_action(wp_enqueue_scripts , ' the function name'); ✔️
5. in header.php make sure to add wp_head ✔️
6. in footer.php make sure to add wp_footer ✔️
