I now work full time for the 501c3 nonprofit I started. It’s REALLY hard work but everyday is full of meaning and making an impact! Nonprofit budgeting can mystify many if you don’t already have experience with budgets for businesses or organizations - hopefully this video can help if you’re a beginning to think through the process from the ground up.
