How to Do A Front Aerial

Today I taught you guys tips and drills for your front aerial! Hopefully this video is helpful. I also showed you the steps! This gymnastics skill can be used on the events of floor and beam.

Be careful when you attempt this skill, as it can be dangerous! Make sure you stretch, have the previous skills, and you can use a spot or supervision if needed:) But have fun!
