EasyEquities Boxer Shares Offer Expires in less than 20 hours | Know this before you decide.

Boxer Stores is preparing to list on the JSE and EasyEquities would like to gauge your interest in acquiring Boxer Stores shares (Shares) once they become listed and publicly available. I have discussed the offer in the last video and noe with just less than 20 hours until the offer expire I will be taking you through some of the latest boxer financials to help you in deciding.

Based on the EOIs received, First World Trader (Pty) Ltd t/a EasyEquities, in its capacity as a South African Qualifying Investor as defined in the Listing Statement, will apply for Shares in the Boxer Stores private placement prior to listing on the JSE Limited. If, EasyEquities receives an allocation of Shares, EasyEquities will on a best efforts basis sell such Shares post listing to its customers who have submitted EOIs on a pro rata basis, in proportion to their EOI amount and at the price which EasyEquities received (less any applicable costs and fees). EasyEquities will apply for the placement at the maximum indicative placement price of R54.00.

Pick n Pay recently announced that the Boxer IPO is well advanced and will further strengthen the balance sheet. The net proceeds from the Boxer listing will be used for targeted investment in the turnaround of the Pick n Pay supermarket business and debt repayment.

Pick n Pay plans to raise between R6.0 billion and R8.0 billion through the IPO and expects the base size to be towards the upper end of this range. The retailer said it would retain a controlling interest in Boxer. However, it did not provide further details about the listing.
