Does NASTY HALF Live Up to its Name?

It seems CRAZY that we have never run the Nasty Half trail but we finally got the chance to run it with our Sunday Service group!

We moved to Hurricane, UT to be close to Sand Hollow and wheel as much as possible. But, the last 6 months have been super busy and of course, the Southern Utah summer has been hot.

Sometime last year we started trying to wheel on Sunday mornings as much as possible, the mountain is virtually empty on Sundays compared to Saturday. We haven’t been able to run with this group much recently and it felt awesome to hang out again.

We were pretty excited to get back out on Sand Mountain, too. Chuck has been wanting to try Nasty Half for the past year but it never worked out that any of our groups wanted to try it.

Turns out, IT’S A GREAT TRAIL and we had a great time!
