Asheville's Biltmore Village : Destroyed By Helene

Hurricane Helen Destroyed The Biltmore Village and River Arts District in Asheville. The Biltmore Village was an upscale shopping and neighborhood area at the entrance to the Biltmore Estate in Asheville North Carolina. The River Arts District next to the river where many shops and pubs were located were 80 percent flooded by Hurricane Helene.
