Upon graduation, she was recruited by and accepted a position with SBC Communications, Inc. (now AT&T) in St. Louis, MO. While there she enjoyed many years filled with promotions and accolades, but after 6 years in the corporate world, she decided to pursue a career in the arts. Taking a thirty-day leave of absence to work on Rainforest Films' Trois 2: Pandora's Box as an intern for acclaimed Producer Will Packer, the experience was so valuable and intriguing that Dianne immediately resigned from her corporate job and embarked on a new career as a film producer.

In 2003, Dianne and former producing partner Angi Bones, co-founded Symmetry Entertainment. The two produced several projects together before deciding to part ways to pursue other endeavors. Dianne maintained ownership of Symmetry and since then, this FAMU-alum's star has been rising in the film and television industry as a well sought-after production manager and producer. Her credits include, but are not limited to: Ride Along, Creed, Stomp the Yard 2, Echo at 11 Oak Drive, The Game, Survivor's Remorse and Ambitions television series.
