At Home Left Semont's Treatment for BPPV Vertigo

This video demonstrates how to complete the Left Semont’s Treatment, a common maneuver used to treat BPPV. This treatment is designed to help move the crystals out of the back canal of your inner ear, which will restore proper function and reduce your vertigo.

This treatment will require:
A place to lie down, such as your bed or your sofa

Semont’s Treatment will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. You may feel your symptoms as you work though this treatment, and this is okay! We expect you to feel a little dizzy and off-balance after completing the treatment, so we recommend you have someone present.
