Dirty7 Chevy . Will it run?

This 1937 Chevy has been off the road since 1985. I did get an old engine running in 2021, but the owner wanted an upgrade. This engine is a 250 6 cylinder that hasn't run in unknown years. Will this gorgeous classic from the Great Depression era hit the road again? The style, beauty and simplicity of pre-war vehicles cannot be matched! This gem needs to run again! Will it run!
