After buying my first Coach bags I noticed that the bags didn't come with dust bags but rather plastic bags. Keeping in mind that I bought the bags from an Outlet store in Australia. So I called a retail store to see if Im able to purchase shoes which was on the website. The sales rep informed me that the shoes are only available in outlets store and that the quality is not as good as the retails stores. So the mission was on to find the truth behind that statement.
