What Can You Buy For Less than 300k in Bombarral, Silver Coast Portugal // Walking House Tour

Good Morning Friends!

I had the pleasure of visiting a super cute town called Bombarral. It's located 20 minutes south of Caldas da Rainha and 45 minutes north of Lisbon.

It's a smaller town than Caldas da Rainha, but has everything that you would need such as grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, schools and activities. The town center is quaint and well maintained. Bombarral also has a decent size park with an awesome playground. It gives me Dr. Suess vibes.

This house that we will be touring today is located in the town of Bombarral. Perfect if your dream is to be able to walk everywhere and not live in an apartment. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and is full of Portuguese charm. Within walking distance, there are cafes, restaurants and the public school. The larger grocery stores is within walking distance (maybe 15-20 minutes), but a car is recommended.

Bombarral has access public transportation. The train runs through the town which can take you to plenty of places in Portugal (even stops at the bay of Sao Martinho). The Rede de Espressos (bus) passes through the town which takes you all over Portugal, even to the Algarve!
