Are you passionate about supporting families in your community and ensuring that no child goes hungry during the summer? Join United Way’s Summer Meals Ambassador Program and help expand access to free summer meals for kids and teens across New York!

This training video will guide you through everything you need to know to become an effective Summer Meals Ambassador. Whether you're a parent, teacher, student, faith leader, or community advocate, your voice can help ensure families know where to turn for nutritious meals when school is out.

As a Summer Meals Ambassador, you will:
✅ Spread the word about where and how kids and teens can eat free all summer long.
✅ Help answer questions about meal site locations and eligibility.
✅ Promote 2-1-1 as a vital information resource for families
