The moth Larvae attacked the Flame grape vine variant radically more than the Monukka or Thompson vines on each side. I just noticed that some of the leaves on the center Flame vine were being eaten today May 10 2017 . This is on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi, a hot and humid area, poor to grow grapes due to the high humidity. The vines need to be in direct sun to help the vines stay dry. A few years back the grapeleaf skeletonizer striped one variant of grapes but not another type of grape. The Flame variant vine had much damage here today but the two adjacent vines 2 meters away had little damage (Thompisn and Monukka ) . It might be too that the soil near one vine has last years cocoons in the litter thus its was easier to attack the closest vine.
