Bisibelabath powder :
Chana dal - 2 tbsp
Urad dal - 2 tbsp
Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
Dry coconut - 3 tbsp
Poppyseeds - 1 tbsp
Cloves - 5 no’s
Cinnamon stick - 2 small sticks
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
Kashmir red chili - 3
Red chili -3

For rice :
Raw rice - 1 cup
Toor dal - 1/2 cup
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Water - 6 cups
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Small onion - 15 no’s
Tomato - 1
Vegetables
Tamirand water
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Bisibilabath powder - 2 tsp
Salt to taste

For Tempering :
Ghee - 2 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Red chili - 4 no’s
Fried onion
Curry leaves

Brownie recipe:
Chocolates - 300 g ( I used Cadbury dairy milk chocolate 3 no’s )
Butter - 3/4 cup ( 175g )
Granulated sugar - 3/4 cup
Brown sugar - 3/4 cup
Eggs - 4 no’s
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 1/2 tsp
All purpose flour - 3/4 cup
Cocoa powder - 1/2 cup

Baking Temperature - 170 C or 350 F
Baking time - 40 minutes
9*9 square baking pan
