INGREDIENTS:1/2 cup Chinkiang black vinegar; 1 T sesame oil; 1 tsp. Lao Gan Ma chili oil. RECIPE: Add all ingredients together and whisk until well incorporated.

I want to show you how to make Dumpling Dipping Sauce. It's super easy but you really have to have the right ingredients.

So first you're going to start with some Sinjong Black Vinegar. It's this black vinegar. It's very tart. It's a little almost smoky. It's very, very strong and I love it. It's just like got this very interesting taste, very different from, for instance, soy sauce which a lot of people use for dumplings.

So you're going to pour that in here.

Next, this little bit of sesame oil. This adds like this nice nuttiness. It's a little oily so it's got that nice mouth feel.

And then Locama Chili Oils. So it's also known as Old Grandma Sauce on the street. They have a lot of different varieties but this one has chili flakes and peanuts in it. They also have a very popular black bean version.

So I'm just going to pour that in here. So it's pretty spicy so if you really don't like spicy food, perhaps adjust out a little bit.

And I'm just going to mix that all together and you're ready to eat some dumplings.

And that is how you make Dumpling Dipping Sauce.
