क्या प्रेगनेंसी टेस्ट कब करना चाहिए, यही आपका सवाल है? अधिकतर मामले में प्रेगनेंसी टेस्ट मिस्ड पीरियड के 5–7 दिन बाद करना सबसे सही माना जाता है, क्योंकि इस समय hCG हार्मोन सबसे ज्यादा बनता है और रिज़ल्ट accurate आता है। अगर आपके पीरियड अनियमित रहते हैं, तो ovulation के लगभग 14 दिन बाद भी टेस्ट किया जा सकता है। घर पर किए जाने वाले urine pregnancy test (UPT) आसान, सस्ते और reliable होते हैं। हमेशा सुबह का पहला urine sample इस्तेमाल करें ताकि रिज़ल्ट ज़्यादा सही मिले।
अगर आपका टेस्ट negative आए लेकिन पीरियड फिर भी ना आए, तो 3–4 दिन बाद दोबारा टेस्ट करें या डॉक्टर से सलाह लें।
