Who Are The Italians? | Power Book 2 Ghost Season 4 Episode 9

In Power Book 2 Ghost Season 4 most recently Dru mentioned that Noma supplies some guns to a bunch of Italians in the Lower East Side of New York, a place which is home to many Italians for decades. Throughout Power, we've learned how there is a rich history in terms of the Italian Mafia and also through other shows such as Raising Kanan, OG Power, a few references in Power Ghost and with this little mention, could it be a hint at what could potentially be coming at some point in the future in the Power Universe? Could they be hinting at the Italian's returning with Carlo Civello and Elisa Marie at some point in the future in the world of maybe not Power Book 2 Ghost Season 4, but what comes after Power Book 2 Ghost and Power Book 4 Force.
