Hey everyone! In today's video I am in collaboration with my sweet friend Darlene over at Souper at 60. This is such a fun collab where we are making a recipe off the back of a store bought item and we are doing a savory and a sweet recipe.

Coconut Macaroons: (off the back of the Great Value sweetened coconut):

2 egg whites
1/4 tsp vanilla
Dash of salt
2/3 cup sugar
1 & 1/2 cups of sweetened coconut flakes
Assemble per video instructions

Cranberry Beef Stew:(off the back of Aldi brand beef broth)

1.5 pounds beef stew meat
Salt
Pepper
2 Tbls oil
4 Tbls butter
1 tsp garlic
2 onions chopped
6 stalks celery chopped
4 Tbls ap flour
32 ounces beef broth
3/4 cup Riesling(I used cooking wine)
6 oz dried cranberries
1 Tbls Parsley flakes
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 Tbls orange zest( I did not use)
2 dry bay leaves
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground rosemary

Assemble per video instructions
