Interactions with non-healthcare professionals and the Code

Описание к видео Interactions with non-healthcare professionals and the Code

This is a recording of the Code Information Session, held in June 2023. The Code affirms companies can communicate proactively or reactively with relevant stakeholders, so long as the information is appropriate and relevant to the role of the stakeholder. In this session we explore what this means, how to navigate what is appropriate, and focus especially on the stakeholder as patient, patient-advocate, patient organisation or health consumer organisation. Focuses on Sections 11,12 and 13 of the Code and is presented by Sophie Seck, Medicines Australia’s Senior Manager for Ethics & Compliance, as part of our strategy to support industry to understand and apply the Code in practice, and is part of our series on Code Information Sessions which are available free and online.
