Hi peeps and welcome to another Bear report brought to you by Mydo bait swimmers.


Well the surf settled and the sea came right after the NE wind with some good viz around yesterday and today although not much reported being around besides the usual suspects Snoek and Garrick.


Seems to be happening down Sheppie to Margate side with quite a few decent fish being landed on the rod! Garrick, Snoek, Daga salmon and Cape yellowtail are coming out! Checkout thesardine.co.za for the details video out today!


Sea temps are warmish between Bazley to the Bluff at around 22degC on the outside. Everywhere else holding at around 19degC including the north coast where to the viz isn't great atm.


The lekker weather we have had this afternoon gives way to a cold front early bells tomorrow morning bringing with it a moderate to fresh SW wind and some swell.


Sardines are around again with netting taking place yesterday at Rocky bay and Sardines sighted off Warner's and uvongo. There were Sardines between Umkomaas river mouth and Illovo yesterday as well.
