Founded Speiron in 2006, the first luxury food & beverage company in Greece. λ /lambda/ ultra premium olive oil was launched in 2007. It is the first luxury olive oil in the world. Visionary, passionate and persistent, he adores the work of Ian Schrager, Takis Zenetos and Seth Godin. He's in love with modernist architecture. He's obsessed with rock music and Pitsika, his cat. He is always out there, reinventing things.
