► How to navigate trainer :
1. Make sure you have already pressed numlock key
2. Press f4 to start the trainer
3. Pree 8 to go "up"
Press 2 to go "down"
Press 6 to go "right"
Press 4 to go "left"
Press 5 to "select"
Press 0 to go back
4. Press f4 again to close the trainer

►NOTE : If you are on laptop then press fn+f4 to start the trainer.
