GOLDEN GAYTIME CAKE

This is a cake based on the famous Australian ice cream of the same name. Its easy to make and is one of the nicest cakes you will ever try.

Ingredients:

Cake:
2 cups self-raising flour
150g butter
1 cup sugar
1tbs vanilla extract
3 eggs
1/3 cup sour cream
2/3 cup milk

Caramel Cream Cheese Frosting:
250g Cream Cheese
100g Butter
3 cups icing/powdered sugar
1/4 cup caramel

Chocolate buttercream:
125g butter
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
2 tbs milk
2 tbs cocoa powder
