Simple question, Analog or VoIP - Which is better?

We call 5 international locations from Canada to see how the audio sounds on a Polycom SoundStation 2 (analog conference phone) and a Grandstream GAC2500 (VoIP conference phone).

We are calling:
1) King's College London in London, England
2) Network ROI in Edinburgh, Scotland
3) Paris College of Art in Paris, France
4) Auckland Art Gallery in Auckland, New Zealand
5) Sydney Opera House in Sydney, Australia

We will listen for about 30-45 seconds for each call to see how the audio sounds on both the analog conference phone and the VoIP conference phone.
