Jhandi (Upper Lungsheel) is a well known tourist spot in the Gorubathan Block offering glorious sun rise and sun set views, wide angle view of Mount Kanchenjunga and the Nathula Range as well as the Dooars. It is about 16 km from Gorubathan. Throughout the year it is cold and misty here. The rich wildlife here also makes it one of the most picturesque destinations for tourists.
