The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is an open-world action role-playing game in a medieval fantasy setting inspired by nordic folklore. It was at the time regarded by many as the pinnacle of Western fantasy RPGs and has received numerous remasters and ports ever since. The game is especially famous for its incredibly large and active modding community. Its composer Jeremy Soule received a BAFTA nomination for the game's soundtrack in 2012.
