Ingredients:

For Pakora Mixture:

4 Boiled and Mashed Potatoes
1 tsp Salt (or as per your taste)
1 tsp Crushed Red Chili
1 tsp Roasted Crushed Cumin
Fresh Coriander (chopped)
Onion Cubes (small pieces)

For Coating:

1/2 cup Besan (Chickpea Flour)
1/2 tsp Salt (or as per your taste)
1 tsp Crushed Red Chili
1 tsp Roasted Crushed Cumin
1 tsp Roasted Crushed Coriander
Fresh Coriander (chopped)
Water (as required for a smooth batter)

Instructions:
Prepare the Potato Mixture:

In a bowl, add mashed potatoes, salt, crushed red chili, roasted cumin, fresh coriander, and onion cubes.
Mix well and shape into small round balls or patties.
Make the Coating Batter:

In a separate bowl, combine besan, salt, crushed red chili, roasted cumin, crushed coriander, and fresh coriander.
Gradually add water and whisk until you get a smooth, thick batter (not too runny).

Coat and Fry:

Heat oil in a pan on medium to high flame.
Dip each potato ball into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated.
Fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides.

Serve:

Drain excess oil on paper towels.
Serve hot with green chutney, ketchup, or tamarind sauce.
