All parts were recorded in one take and captured simultaneously with the videos. Every sound in this video was 100% recreated from scratch for this cover. No sounds/samples were taken or used from the original song or elsewhere.

I've been wanting to do an Incubus clone for years so here it is. Got all the guitar tone presets dialed in on my POD XT and switched sounds for different sections of the song. Mike uses so many different sounds in their songs so this pedal board came in handy. Bass also used a synthy phasey effects to try to match the bass on the chorus. Drums have that wide open room sound that Make Yourself has and I tried to get the snare tuning as close as I could. Vocals were just raw and got some delay reverb and compressor going. That's about it boys and girls, had fun on this one and will be out with another classic soon.
