Kolkata Lady Doctor Rape Case: 'There May Be Some Nexus' CBI To Court After Sandip Ghosh & Abhijit Mondal arrested in Kolkata horror. Dr. Sandip Ghosh and Abhijit Mondal were produced in court on Sept 15 and remanded in CBI's custody for two days

The CBI told a Kolkata court that Dr. Ghosh, spoke with Tala Police Station’s officer-in-charge, shortly after a doctor was found dead. 'He is not an accused in rape and murder but he might have a role in larger conspiracy' the CBI told the court. The CBI arrested Mondal on charges of tampering with evidence in the rape-murder case

'We want to confront both of them' the CBI’s counsel told the court, highlighting that they have evidence. 'He came to the spot at 11 am and an FIR was registered after 11pm' the CBI counsel further added. The FIR in the trainee doctor’s alleged rape-and-murder case was filed 14 hours after the doctor’s body was found
