In this video, Dr. Mohd Kashif discusses three exercises to cure leg paralysis.

In paralysis disease, when they walk, their leg roll inwards, and they cannot walk properly. These patients can practice these 3 exercises to cure leg paralysis problems.

FOLLOWING THE EXERCISES GIVEN BELOW FOR CURE OF LEG PARALYSIS:-

ANKLE STRETCHING EXERCISE:- When a therapist or caretaker performs this exercise, they must move the upper feet outward. Perform this exercise 2-3 times daily and at least 10-15 movements per exercise. You will see the difference in a few weeks.

CALF STRETCHING EXERCISE:- In this exercise, move the upper feet in the direction of the head of the patient slowly and count to 10. You can practice this exercise 2-3 times a day. In paralysis disease, the patient's leg muscles become tight, so these exercises are performed for flexibility and strength.

SLR PASSIVE STRETCHING EXERCISE:- Sometimes patient’s center of mass goes outward. When we perform these exercises, the restrictions developed from scarcity will break. Pick and hold the feet of the patient upward direction and move slowly in an upwards direction. You will see effective results from this exercise. As the above exercises, practice this exercise 2-3 times daily.
