五指毛桃淮山茨實豬骨湯

材料:
五指毛桃4兩
鮮百合一個
紅蘿蔔2個(約一斤)
鮮淮山一條(約一斤)
茨實100克
蓮子100克
花生100克
豬脊骨一磅
無花果4粒
陳皮一角

處理:
1. 蓮子,清水浸2小時。
2. 茨實,清水浸2小時。
3. 花生,清水浸2小時。
4. 鮮百合,撕開一片片,清水浸2分鐘,倒去水分,開住水喉,逐塊擦乾淨,擎乾水。
5. 鮮淮山,清水洗乾淨,去皮,切段。
6. 紅蘿蔔,去皮,洗乾淨,切一舊舊。
7. 蓮子,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水,放碗內。
8. 茨實,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水,放同一個碗內。
9. 花生,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水,放同一個碗內。
10. 五指毛桃,清水浸30分鐘,逐條洗乾淨,擎乾水。
11. 豬骨,大火在鑊內煲滾清水一升,出水3分鐘,清水洗乾淨。
12. 無花果,清水洗乾淨。

烹調:
1. 大火在煲內煲滾清水5升。
2. 加入豬骨、五指毛桃、蓮子、茨實、花生、淮山、紅蘿蔔及百合,大火滾起,轉中慢火煲一小時30分鐘。
3. 清水浸軟陳皮,洗乾淨。
4. 湯,已煲了一小時15分鐘,加入陳皮,煲15分鐘。
5. 完成,可享用。

Hairy fig and fresh yam soup with euyale ferox and pork bones

Ingredients:
Hairy fig 4 taels
Fresh lilly 1 No.
Carrot 2 Nos. (about 1 catty)
Fresh yam 1 log (about 1 catty)
Euyale ferox 100g
Lotus 100g
Peanuts 100g
Pork bones 1 lb
Dried figs 4 Nos.
Dried orange peel 1 pc

Preparation:
1. Lotus, soak in tap water for 2 hours.
2. Euyale ferox, soak in tap water for 2 hours.
3. Peanuts, soak in tap water for 2 hours.
4. Fresh lilly, separate slice by slice. Soak in tap water for 2 minutes. Pour away water. Rinse under tap. Rinse it slice by slice. Drain.
5. The yam, rinse thoroughly. Get it peeled. Cut in lengths.
6. The carrot, get it peeled. Rinse with tap water. Cut in pieces.
7. Lotus, rinse with tap water. Drain. Put in a bowl.
8. Euyale ferox, rinse with tap water. Drain. Put in the bowl.
9. Peanuts, rinse with tap water. Drain. Put in the bowl.
10. Hairy fig, soak in tap water for 30 minutes. Rinse one by one. Drain.
11. Pork bones, heat up 1L of water at high flame in wok. Boil them for 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
12. The figs, rinse thoroughly.

Steps:
1. Heat up 5L of water in a pot at high flame.
2. Add in pork bones hairy fig, lotus, Euyale ferox, peanuts, fresh yam, carrot and lilly, heat up at high flame. Turn to medium-low flame and boil for 1.5 hours.
3. Dried orange peel, soak in tap water until it turns soft, rinse with tap water.
4. The soup, has been boiled for an hour and 15 minutes, add in the dried orange peel. Boil for 15 minutes.
5. Complete. Serve.

This soup, which is moisturizing. It is good to our lungs and throats. Steps are easy. Everyone likes it.
