When Matfen Hall Hotel, Golf Club and Spa, decided to upgrade their golf clubhouse, they opted to build a brand-new restaurant and bar called 'The Keepers.' This new build/extension, designed by SEAM Architecture & Design, utilised Gutex Multitherm woodfibre boards, alongside various Pro Clima tapes and membranes, to create a building that will be both cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
