Sheer khurma is a special dessert made for ranadan id. This is a rich mughlai dessert. Do try this simple, easy and delicious dessert sheer khurma. Do not forget to like, comment, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1/2 tsp Ghee
• 1/4 cup Thin sevai
• Assorted sliced dry fruits (Pistachios, cashew nuts, almonds,
raisins and dates)
• 1 tbsp Slices coconut
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 1 tsp Kevada water
• 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder

Method:
• Take milk into a pan and heat it up.
• Reduce the milk on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes.
• Heat up another pan and add ghee.
• Add sevai and roast on medium heat until it turns nice golden.
• Take out sevai into a dish.
• In the same pan add ghee and coconut slices.
• Fry until coconut begins to turn light golden.
• Add pistachios, cashew nuts, almonds, raisins and dates.
• Roast until raisins swell up and dry fruits get nice golden color.
Turn off the gas.
• Take the reduced milk and add roasted sevai, sugar and roasted
dry fruits.
• Stir well and cook on medium heat for another 10-15 minutes
until it becomes a little thick.
• Reduce the heat and add kevada water and cardamom powder.
• Mix well and sheer khurma is already.
