This family of Canada geese is nesting in a nest previously used by the Decorah eagles. The eagles have built more than one additional nest, and were not interested in this one this year. In this video, the newly hatched goslings jump from the tree to join their parents. Five are seen on the ground with parents after the jump. Raptor Resource Project, the cam owner, later reported one gosling did not survive the jump.
