Marina is an experienced human resources professional, dedicated to building healthy and effective organizational cultures.

She has a deep passion for leadership, training and learning, team development, and coaching — always focused on enhancing both individual and organizational performance. Over the past 15 years, Marina has held key roles in developing and implementing HR strategies, working across the NGO sector, corporate environments, and smaller organizations.
In recent years, Marina has been diving deep into the world of AI — exploring how technology can integrate with human capabilities. She is fascinated by the future of work and is actively researching how people and organizations can prepare for the changes ahead.
