Glamorazzi visited 2 Michelin-starred Chef Kentaro Chen in Japan to catch up on all things Iron Chef All Stars that will be taking place at the Sydney Opera House on 2nd and 3rd August 2017. He dropped some hints about what he will be cooking, can you guess?
In this impromptu interview, Kentaro took us for a tour through his Shisen Hanten restaurant kitchen, the vibe is incredible and we spotted some cool ingredients. As he chatted with host Roslyn Foo, he decided to cook his family's 3rd generation recipe, the famous Chen's Mapo Tofu!
