The video shows a unique robotic pick and place solution delivered by PWR Pack for a client in the UK Bakery industry.

The PWR Pack solution, comprising of 5 robots, is designed for high speed robotic loading of cake products in retail ready trays. The robot line is capable of picking 240 cake products per minute. A double denester is part of the solution with a capability of 120 trays per minute. The solution is supported by a 2D Vision system for optimal performance and quality control and is fully integrated with an FIFO buffer and tray merge system.

Each of the 3-axis PWR Pack delta robots are suitable for gentle picking and precise placing of cake products in retail trays at 60+ picks per minute.

This solution can be used for picking and placing a range of delicate cake products.
