S DRILL LONG HOSE

Описание к видео S DRILL LONG HOSE

In his video you will see a neutrally buoyant demonstration of "S-Drill Long Hose".

An S-Drill is essentially a safety drill. It is important that you check that your equipment is bubble free and functioning properly.

Ideally an S-Drill is performed at around 5 metres/ 15 feet. Because you are at depth and have attained neutral buoyancy, you are assured that your BCD is functioning. A bubble check ensures your kit is not leaking gas unnecessarily. Breathing from both regulators ensures they are both working. Checking your gauge ensures you have enough gas for the intended dive. This video shows an S-Drill in the RAID recommended configuration, the "techreational", long hose (2 metre/7 foot) configuration.

This video is designed to be used by new divers, learning to dive, Divemasters, Instructors and Trainers.

At RAID we believe diving neutrally buoyant is no accident. It's all about proper training.
