Skinny Basics - RideHub Trail Physics - S3E2

Описание к видео Skinny Basics - RideHub Trail Physics - S3E2

In this second episode of season three of Trail Physics, RideHub's Principal Instructor Matt Trotter takes a look at an iconic Squamish trail called Tracks From Hell. The skinny on this trail is VERY long and because this trail allows riders to get from one side of the Alice Lake zone to the other, most riders visiting #Squamish need to ride this trail as part of their adventure. While this particular skinny has some unique elements, Matt will dive deep into the 3 main reasons that riders struggle with skinny bridges and provide you some guidance on what can be done to improve your chances of success. For most riders, improving the fundamentals will go a long way to creating more enjoyable days out on the bike and most of the big problems we see, are from small mistakes in the fundamentals. Matt will also demonstrate a technique for dismounting that will help keep you safe when you aren't riding high off the ground and will keep you from getting caught up in the bike during an emergency exit.

** ALWAYS RIDE WITHIN YOUR LIMITS **
