House 3 of 3 on this row resembles house 1 by footprint, but not with decor. The elderly couple living here enjoys the coziness and the low maintenance. Moving about the 3-levels of living space is not an issue for now, though this is not their forever home. The grandkids visit on occasion and have fun playing with the neighbor kids down the street (POOL!). Believe it or not, they do get invited to a few barbeques next door. They're young at heart!
