I’m a leadership keynote speaker and author of The Big Bold Mindset®. I help leaders and teams navigate uncertainty, pressure, and rapid change so they can achieve their Big Bold Goals.

My work is built around a set of principles designed for today’s fast-changing world: how leaders think clearly, align teams, and act decisively when old rules no longer apply. I bring these principles to life through real-world stories and practical tools that leaders can use immediately.

Before stepping onto global stages, I spent years leading in high-pressure commercial environments. I was CFO of a high-growth business that was successfully sold to Private Equity, an Associate Director at KPMG and as a serial entrepreneur who built and exited a technology company.

I took those leadership principles beyond the boardroom to sail twice around the world. Once competitively as a team leader on a trophy-winning racing yacht, and once with my family - my wife and our three children under the age of ten.

I’m the author of The Big Bold Mindset® and Be More Human, books born from a simple observation: the world leaders are navigating has fundamentally changed, but the way many still think, lead, and collaborate has not.

Through my writing, research, and ongoing work with leaders around the world, I’ve studied what enables teams to stay focused, aligned, and courageous under pressure. The Big Bold Mindset is a set of principles designed to help leaders think differently, make better decisions, and lead more effectively in times of uncertainty.

Success leaves clues. It’s the patterns I’ve observed across business, extreme environments, and leadership teams that I now bring into every keynote, workshop, and conversation.
